WHAT IS QUEST 2025?
QUEST 2025 is a journey that takes you through your dreams, desires, and calling. It begins with the courage to question yourself:
- What is it I really want?
- What is it I desire?
- What does my growth looks like?
Each question is designed to bring you closer to your inner self, helping you detach from the path of education, societal norms, and pseudo expectations. It encourages you to dig deep into the essence of ‘who you really want to be’ —whether that’s a coder, a programmer, a data scientist, a designer, an architect, or a different profession.
Breaking free from your shell and venturing into the unknown is challenging. However, this journey requires you to believe in yourself and embrace the process of change in order to flourish.
About QUEST 2025:
QUEST 2025 is an initiative designed to cultivate adaptable and employable skills in the dynamic tech industry for selected candidates, enabling them to explore a wide range of opportunities within the SukShi ecosystem.
It is a three-month intensive in-person intern-in-job program inviting *B.Tech graduates, offering them an internship program that is integrated into a job, where the internship is structured as part of the job responsibilities.

- Courses & Discipline/ Branch:
- Candidates who have completed a B.E./B.Tech in any branch and graduated between 2023 and 2025 (Year of Passing) with or without work experience are eligible to apply.
- As per the above, candidates graduating with an engineering degree in 2025 will be considered, in accordance with the academic calendar of the relevant affiliated universities or educational institutions.
- Break in education:
It is mandatory for the candidate to disclose any break or gap in education by submitting the relevant supporting documents, as applicable, for verification.
- Step 01: On visiting our website, click on REGISTER NOW or QUEST 2025.
- Step 02: After reading about QUEST 2025, click here to REGISTER.
- Step 03: Complete the registration form, followed by the registration test.
- Step 04: After completing the registration form and the test, wait for the confirmation message to appear on your screen, followed by a mail to your registered email address.Please note that you will receive a confirmation email within *24 to 48 hours declaring your status of registration.

- Training process:
- QUEST 2025 intern-in-job program is a training opportunity offered as an internship that is integrated into the job, with the internship structured as part of the job responsibilities.
- It is a three-month intensive, in-person intern-in-job training program, included as part of full-time paid employment.
- Exclusive training sessions on both general and specific topics may be held 6 days a week or on weekends, followed by weekly and fortnightly evaluations.
- Job initiation:
Upon successful completion of the three-month intern-in-job training and evaluation, permanent full-time employment with a suitable designation will be offered at SukShi partner companies.
- Registration Test:
- After completing the registration form, the registration test will be conducted online immediately.
- The registration test is part of the registration process.
- The registration test will comprise of MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) covering the following topics:
- Mathematics Aptitude
- Reasoning Aptitude
- QualifyingTest:
- The qualifying test is part of the selection process.
- The duration of the test will be 45 to 60 minutes and will be conducted online.
- The test will comprise of MCQs and subjective questions covering the following topics:
- Mathematics & reasoning Aptitude
- Logical & Analytical Aptitude
- Verbal Ability
- SukShi Academy QUEST 2025 is for our internal hiring only to train & place aspirants in our ecosystem of SukShi partner companies.
- SukShi Academy QUEST 2025 is not offered as a certification course.
- You must have all your original academic documents (mark sheets/ admission certificates) as applicable.
- All communication related to the SukShi Academy QUEST 2025 will be shared via email to your registered email address between working hours on working days only.
- SukShi Academy offers ZERO-fee training and placements and does not ask candidates to deposit money for job offers.
- SukShi Academy is not associated with any external agencies/ companies that manage and organise the selection process, viz., tests and interviews, or make offers of employment on its behalf.

To register, click here to fill out the form and complete the registration process, i.e., form & test.
Refresh or close the page and reopen it to apply again, checking the below:
- If you have already completed and submitted the registration form & test.
- If you encounter any error during the registration, try after 12 to 24 hours.
- Check the details that you have entered in the registration form.
On successful registration, you will receive an email confirming your registration to your registered email ID with login credentials to our registration portal.
- You must use the login credentials shared via the successful registration email to login to the registration portal.
- The purpose of the portal is to help you complete the selection process and related activities.
The test will be conducted on various dates between February and May, and the details will be shared via email with the shortlisted candidates.
The step 01, 03 & 04 of the selection process will be communicated via email to the shortlisted candidates.
No, the date and time of the test cannot be changed.
The job is full-time permanent employment.
SukShi Academy does not charge fees at any stage of the registration/ selection/ training process, and our job opportunities are ‘free of cost’.
