SEEK 2024 is a fast-track training program designed to cultivate versatile and employable skills to pursue both technical and non-technical careers within SukShi ecosystem.

Upon successful completion of the program, you can expect to secure employment in a suitable role within our partner companies.

We welcome individuals aged 20 to 25 to our inclusive program, offering them an opportunity to pursue their passions.
Important Dates
About SEEK 2024
Offering young professionals the opportunity to learn and grow at one of the leading IT companies in the world. Experience certainty with TCS.
- Age Limit – Minimum age of 20 years and maximum age of 25 years.
- Courses & Discipline/ Branch: Candidates who pursued and completed or discontinued any full-time or part-time courses are eligible to apply.
- Break or Gap in education: It is mandatory for the candidate to declare any break/ gap in education by submitting relevant document proof, as applicable to check & verify.
- Work Experience: Any experience should be declared as applicable to check & verify
- Step 1: Online Qualifying Test
- Step 2: Online – Tasks & Interview process
- Step 3: 2 weeks | In-person Bootcamp
- Training Phase: Full time employment with training for 3 months of probationary period.
- Post Training Phase: Post evaluation permanent full-time employment with suitable designation in our partner companies.
- Registration Test:
- The application form is followed by a registration test conducted online immediately.
- The test will comprise of MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) and subjective questions covering the following topics:
- Mathematics Aptitude
- Reasoning Aptitude
- QualifyingTest:
- The duration of the test will be 45 to 60 minutes and will be conducted online.
- The test will comprise of MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) and subjective questions covering the following topics:
- Mathematics Aptitude
- Logical & Analytical Aptitude
- Verbal Ability
- SukShi Academy SEEK 2024 is for our internal hiring only to train & place aspiring individual in our ecosystem of SukShi Partner companies.
- SukShi Academy SEEK 2024 is not offered as a college/ institute/ university project or internship or apprenticeship and cannot be submitted for the same.
- SukShi Academy SEEK 2024 Internship is not offered as a certification course. You must have all your original academic documents as applicable (Marksheets and Graduation certificates).
- SukShi Academy offers ZERO fee training & placements and does not ask candidates to deposit any money for job offers.
- SukShi Academy is not associated with any external agencies/ companies to manage & organize the selection process viz., tests & interviews or make offers of employment on its behalf.
