About SEEK50
SEEK50 is a springboard designed to cultivate versatile and employable skills in the thriving tech space for 50 selected aspirants, enabling them to pursue diverse opportunities within the SukShi ecosystem.
It is a three-month intensive hybrid intern-to-hire program inviting *B.Tech 4th year students, offering them an internship followed by a full-time job.
It is an opportunity to explore, learn and grow, fostering both personal and professional development.

HOW CAN YOU GET STARTED?
Here we have put together all the information you might need to get started with your journey with us.

- Courses & Discipline/ Branch:
- Candidates who are currently pursuing B.Tech/ B.E 4th year, I – semester of any branch of engineering are eligible.
- According to the above, candidates should graduate from engineering in 2025 starting in March, as applicable to the academic calendar of the concerned affiliated universities/ relevant educational institutes
- Break in education:
It is mandatory for the candidate to declare any break/ gap in education by submitting relevant document proof, as applicable, for checking and verifying.
- Step 01: Visit our Website, and click on APPLY NOW or SEEK 50.
- Step 02: After reading about SEEK 50, click here to APPLY.
- Step 03: Complete the registration form, followed by the registration test.
- Step 04: After completing the registration form and the test, wait for the confirmation message to appear on your screen, followed by a mail to your registered email address. Please note that you will receive a confirmation email within *24 to 48 hours declaring your status of registration.
- Step 1: Qualifying Test
- Step 2: Tasks & Interview processes
- Step 3: Declaration of finalists
- Training process:
- Three-month intensive hybrid training.
- Training sessions will be held 6 days a week, followed by weekly evaluation & elimination.
- Followed by *two in-person boot camps in the 2nd & 3rd months of the training.
*Details on two in-person boot camps will be shared after the finalists are shortlisted.
- Job initiation:
After successful completion of the training and evaluation, full-time employment with a suitable designation will be offered in SukShi partner companies.
- Registration Test:
- The registration form is followed by a registration test conducted online immediately.
- The test will comprise of MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) covering the following topics:
- Mathematics Aptitude
- Reasoning Aptitude
- QualifyingTest:
- Qualifying test is part of the selection process.
- The duration of the test will be 45 to 60 minutes and will be conducted online.
- The test will comprise of MCQs and subjective questions covering the following topics:
- Mathematics & reasoning Aptitude
- Logical & Analytical Aptitude
- Verbal Ability
- SukShi Academy SEEK50 is for our internal hiring only to train & place aspirants in our ecosystem of SukShi Partner companies.
- SukShi Academy SEEK50 is not offered as a certification course.
- You must have all your original academic documents (mark sheets/ admission certificates) as applicable.
- All communication related to the SukShi Academy SEEK50 will be shared via email to your registered email address between working hours on working days only.
- SukShi Academy offers ZERO-fee training and placements and does not ask candidates to deposit money for job offers.
- SukShi Academy is not associated with any external agencies/ companies that manage and organise the selection process, viz., tests and interviews, or make offers of employment on its behalf.

To register, click here to fill the form and complete the registration process i.e., form & test.

- If you have already completed and submitted the registration form & test.
- If you encounter any error during the registration, try after 12 to 24 hours.
- Check the details that you have entered in the registration form.
On successful registration, you will receive an email confirming your registration to your registered email id with login credentials to our registration portal.
- You will have to use the login credentials shared via the successful registration email to login to the registration portal.
- The purpose of the portal is to help you complete the selection process and related activities.
The test will be conducted on Sunday, 15th December 2024, and the details will be shared via email to the shortlisted candidates.
The interview schedule will be communicated via email to the shortlisted candidates.
No, the date and time of the test cannot be changed.
The job is full-time permanent employment.
SukShi Academy does not charge fees at any stage of the registration/ selection/ training process, and our job opportunities are ‘free of cost’.
- Orientation is scheduled for Saturday, 28th December 2024.
- The program starts on Monday, 6th January 2025.
