ABOUT BUILD 2026
Sukshi Academy BUILD 2026 is a launchpad designed to equip promising candidates with adaptive, industry-ready skills in the rapidly evolving tech landscape to become AI Platform Engineers and explore diverse pathways to innovate and grow within the SukShi ecosystem.
This three-month, intensive hybrid program follows an intern-to-hire model, welcoming fresh B.Tech graduates to gain hands-on experience and the opportunity to secure a full-time role as AI Data Orchestration, AI Agent Modelling & AI Research Engineers upon completion.
It provides a dynamic environment to learn, innovate, and grow—supporting both personal and professional development.

HOW CAN YOU GET STARTED?
Here we have put together all the information you might need to get started with your journey with us.

Courses & Discipline/ Branch: Candidates who graduated B.Tech/ B.E in the year 2023 to 2025 of any branch of engineering are eligible.
- Step 01: Visit our website, and click on REGISTER NOW or BUILD 2026
- Step 02: After reading about BUILD 2026, click here to REGISTER.
- Step 03: Complete the registration form, followed by the registration test.
- Step 04: After completing the registration form and the test, wait for the confirmation message to appear on your screen, followed by a mail to your registered email address.
Please note that you will receive a confirmation email within *24 to 48 hours declaring your status of registration.
- Step 1: Qualifying Test
- Step 2: Tasks & Interview processes
- Step 3: Declaration of finalists
- Training process:
- T1 to 1.5 months of intensive online training, followed by 1 to 1.5 months of in-person training during the 2nd or 3rd month.
- Training sessions will be held 6 days a week, followed by weekly evaluation & elimination.
- Upon successful completion of the training and evaluations, candidates will be offered full-time employment with a suitable designation as AI Data Orchestration/ AI Agent Modelling,/ AI Research Engineer—in SukShi partner companies.
- Job initiation: After successful completion of the training and evaluation, full-time employment with a suitable designation as AI Data Orchestration/ AI Agent Modelling/ AI Research Engineers will be offered in SukShi partner companies.
QualifyingTest:
- Qualifying test is part of the selection process.
- The duration of the test will be 45 to 60 minutes and will be conducted online.
- The test will comprise of MCQs and subjective questions covering the following topics:
- Mathematics & reasoning Aptitude
- Logical & Analytical Aptitude
- Verbal Ability
- SukShi Academy BUILD 2026 is for our internal hiring only to train & place aspirants in our ecosystem of SukShi Partner companies.
- SukShi Academy BUILD 2026 is not offered as a certification course.
- You must have all your original academic documents (mark sheets/ admission certificates) as applicable.
- All communication related to the SukShi Academy BUILD 2026 will be shared via email to your registered email address between working hours on working days only.
- SukShi Academy offers ZERO-fee training and placements and does not ask candidates to deposit money for job offers.
- SukShi Academy is not associated with any external agencies/ companies that manage and organise the selection process, viz., tests and interviews, or make offers of employment on its behalf.

The test will be conducted on 20th December 2025, and the details will be shared via email to the shortlisted candidates.
The interview schedule will be communicated via email to the shortlisted candidates.
No, the date and time of the test cannot be changed.
The job is full-time permanent employment.
SukShi Academy does not charge fees at any stage of the registration/ selection/ training process, and our job opportunities are ‘free of cost’.
- Orientation is scheduled for Saturday, 3rd January 2026.
- The program starts on Monday, 5th January 2026.
